We are happy to service the majority of the DFW metroplex. Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Addison, Frisco, Allen, Mckinney, Coppell, South Lake, University/Highland Park, and Lakewood. If you're located in a neighboring city, and within driving distance, please send an inquiry and we would love to serve you.
To secure your date, we will send you a contract and invoice. We ask that you email us a photo of the signed contract, as well as pay 50% of the total deposit. The other half wouldn't be due until the week of your event. We are only able to hold a date up to 48 hours after we have sent the contract and invoice. If we have not heard back, the spot becomes available again. Once we have received both the contract and intial deposit, your name will be saved in our calendar!
Our rentals are 4 hours, with every additional hour being $50.
We arrive about 1-2 hours before your party starts, depending on how big your package is. We then return once it is over and time for pick up. We ask for an easily accessible parking space to load and unload, as well a clear designated area where the equipment will be going. We will take care of the rest!
We set up for both indoor and outdoor events! When outdoors, we do ask that the space is shaded, with cut grass (or cement) and is not near any dirt, sand, or fire pits.
Yes! Birthdays, weddings, cookouts, babyshowers, playdates, end-of-year or spring break get togethers; You name it!
Yes! Send us any of your ideas and inspiration and we will do our best to bring your inspiration to life.
We ask to please remove shoes before entering. No food, drinks, face paint or anything sharp that could potentially damage our equipment should enter the play area. Parents are also asked to supervise at all times.
Standard packages are for children 5 and under, while luxe packages are designed for children up to 6.
Our extra large ball pits, and wave slides are perfect for kiddos up to 10 years old!
There is no age limit on the large bounce house.
Every piece of equipment is cleaned and sanitized both before and after each event. We use safe and effective products that kill up to 99% of viruses. The balls are also washed after each use to make sure they are ready for the next set of little ones to jump on in!
Our pricing includes taxes and fees for the 4 hour rental duration. Any additional time will have an added hourly rate.
Delivery fees are billed separately, locations located upstairs will also have a stair fee, and parties that take place outside will have an outdoor cleaning fee.
Any Luxe package will have a $100 damage deposit collected before the event and returned immediately after assuming there are no damages to the equiptment.
Weather can be tricky! We'll first ask to see if you have a back up plan. If not, we will work together to choose another date and reschedule.
It is important to also note that for safety reasons, we are unable to set up our bouncy castles in winds over 15 mph.
Cancellations one week or more prior to an event will be granted, however $50 of the initial deposit is nonrefundable. If you end up needing to reschedule or cancel within one week of the event, we are unable to offer a refund, but will work together to reschedule a time that works best for you!
